Of course it has earned a few dents and dings; however, it is above average condition for a 10 year old trailer. Empty weight is 4426 lbs and Gross Weight is 12000. The tires are new and axles are in great condition. The rails underneath have been taken care of as we washed the trailer after using it to prevent any rot. This trailer pulls like a dream. We no longer need a large trailer. You will need a new spare tire because this one has dry rotted and cracked and you will need to replace one 2x8 board that has a weak spot in it.
